We would be glad to send you a packet of information and a student application. Tours are given on a weekly basis. If you are interested in seeing RCA’s campus and facilities, click tour information, and a representative from the academy will contact you for an available date.

How To Apply

Parents may request an Information Packet.  and RCA application. The Information Packet includes: General Information, Academic and Extracurricular Information, Tuition Schedule.

Review all material in the brochure and information packet. Schedule a visit of the RCA campus and meet with a member of the administration to discuss the program and to tour the campus.

For national students the total non-refundable application/enrollment fee is $300 per student ($50 application, $250 enrollment fee).  *Note that parents who submit the application during the month of February may pay the discounted pre-registration application/enrollment fee of $150. In addition, there is also a $50 testing fee. (See International Students for more information about international student registration.)

Some required items on the application are these:

  • Provide immunizations (all grades)
  • Provide teacher’s name and email for recommendation (grades 1-12)
  • Provide pastor’s name and email for recommendation (grades 6-12)
  • Submit application essay (grades 8-12)
  • Provide current SAT (Stanford Achievement Test) or CAT (California Achievement Test) results (no more than one year old)
  • Provide supporting documents indicative of the student’s academic record including report cards and current quarterly grades.

Upon completing the application and enrollment packet, an admissions official will contact you to schedule your personal interview. At the time of the interview, your student will be administered an entrance test to evaluate appropriate grade level and preparedness for RCA’s academic program.

International Students

Raleigh Christian Academy is authorized to issue I-20 Forms to eligible international students who wish to study at the academy. Students must have a grasp of English and may also require additional tutoring. When applying online, be sure to choose the international application option. Call the school office for more information related to the admissions interview and international students.

  • Complete application packet (requirements are the same as a national student)
  • Complete international application (in English: photo, bank verification letter or sponsor letter, transcript of grades, immunization record, proof of health insurance, TOEFL score)
  • Receive email from the administration regarding next steps
  • If offered enrollment, complete enrollment packet and submit all required payments.

Financial Information

For over four decades, Raleigh Christian Academy has provided quality Christian education at an affordable price. You have probably heard it said that you get what you pay for. At RCA, we truly believe that you get more than you pay for. Our teachers and staff willingly sacrifice and volunteer to earn less just so we can make Christian education available to as many families as possible. We view what we do as a calling. It is our aim to minister to every family while offering a great education! These rates reflect our desire to keep Raleigh Christian Academy affordable for every family.

Grants and Tuition Assistance

Families seeking tuition assistance should apply on or before June 1. Grant applications are available from the school business office. All grants are administered by the deacons of Beacon Baptist Church. Financial assistance is made after an interview with the school administrator. Families receiving a grant must sign a Grant Agreement prior to being awarded any assistance.

Register For Fall

During the month of February, parents are encouraged to pre-register for the fall. By pre-registering, parents will be assured of having a place reserved for the fall of next year and are offered a reduced registration price. RCA also allows any walk-ins (those who are not yet in our school) to pre-register in February for the fall.

The standard fee for registration is $300, but parents who pre-register during the month of February can do so for only $150. Registration fees are non-refundable.
