Timothy Williams School Administrator – ministering since 1992
Timothy Williams is a 1988 graduate of Raleigh Christian Academy and one of the original seventeen students from when the school was started in 1977. Mr. Williams taught history and music when he joined the staff in 1992. In 2003, he became the Elementary Principal and later moved to Assistant Principal in 2010. Mr. Williams now serves as the Administrator and Associate Pastor of Christian Education.

Sonya Williams
Administrative Assistant, Dean of Girls – ministering since 1993
Mrs. Williams came to RCA in 1993 and served as a secretary in the School Office. Three years later she became the administrative assistant to the school administration. Her responsibilities now include teaching high school girls’ Bible and serving as the Dean of Girls.
Modesti Cavenaugh
Early Childhood Director – ministering since 1996
Modesti Cavenaugh joined our staff in 1996 as a preschool teacher. She has taught K4, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. She stepped into the role of Early Childhood Director in 2005, supervising daycare, preschool, and kindergarten.
Emily Nakamura
Fine Arts Director – ministering since 1997
Mrs. Nakamura began teaching at RCA as an elementary teacher. She currently teaches senior high English classes and piano lessons as well as conducts several vocal choir groups. She assists the school staff as the Fine Arts Director and works closely with the North Carolina Christian School Association in hosting and participating in fine arts events.
SARAH BARKER
Elementary Principal - ministering since 2004
Sarah Barker is a 2000 graduate of RCA. Upon joining our staff in 2004, she taught middle school and high school English for four years before moving to the elementary level for the following fourteen years. Since 2022, Miss Barker has served as Elementary Principal.
Hannah Roberts
Accounts Manager – ministering since 2008
Mrs. Roberts has served in the School Office as the Accounts Manager since 2008. She assists our school families with admissions and billing.
T. J. Wagenschutz
Athletic Director, Strength Training, Boys Physical Education – ministering since 2023
Coach Wagenschutz came to Raleigh Christian Academy in 2023 as director of the athletic department. He has brought a new energy to our "All Fly" nation with his twenty-one years of coaching experience and Christ centered sports camps! He is also the director of the Little Eagles elementary sports program, training the future athletes of Raleigh Christian Academy.
